Some Recent Crafting

I am still waiting for Tiffani's commentary on 2 other posts, so I thought I'd fill in with a few of my recent craft projects. These first 3 were a part of what we made at a Stamp-a-Stack class. (You make 2 cards each of 5 different designs.) There were my favorite... All three of them used one of the embossing folders - the first one gave texture to the stockings and the 2nd 2 gave texture/dimension to the background paper.

The sparkle paper is a perfect touch to the stockings.

Simple but elegant, with that raised background.

The was my most favorite of all, and the picture does not do it justice, just couldn't get a real crisp shot of it.

This one is a mix of a digital card and "hand-made" card. I printed the images from My Digital Studio (MDS), cut or punched them out, and then put the card together. I used an embossing folder on the background of this card, too.

SU! just came out with these skinny cello bags. They are 1" x 8". I used them to make treats to give to the kids in our room at school. There is a mix of jelly beans, peanut butter m&m's, jolly ranchers & jordan almonds in them. The jordan almonds were by far the easiest to get into the bags & those were for fellow teachers. The jolly ranchers were very difficult! I printed the images from MDS and then punched them out & layered them to make the toppers.
